Re-Roofing time tables are as follows:
Composition shingles
– 3 to 5 working days. (Note: Some composition roofs can be done in 1 day. It depends on the house, and the existing roof.)
Concrete
Roof Tile – 5 to 10 working days.
Please note: These are general time tables. Actual times depend on the size of the house, the slope, custom flashing work and other variables needed for a quality installation and outside uncontrollable powers such as city inspectors. Your sales representative will be able to give you an approximate time table upon inspection of your house, however, most single family residences are as per the above time table.
